Once you have received a request, you have the opportunity to communicate with the customer directly from the dashboard.

For this purpose a chat window is available.

As soon as you have applied for a request, you can open the chat via "Open chat" in the corresponding request box.

In the detail view of the request, there is a message input field as well:

The customer does not have to be online to read your messages. He / She will be notified by email.

You can open the chat window at any time to see the entire chat history.
